Walkers/ Spell & Go

The benefits of a holiday are well renowned but boy can they be expensive. Cue Walkers with their “Spell and Go” promotion –collect letters from packs, online and on TV to spell out a destination and jet off on a well-deserved break on their tab.

Their agency, AMV BBDO, wanted to up the ante for the nation’s favourite crisp brand by taking an interactive video poster of Gary Lineker to an unsuspecting British public, encouraging them to make shapes with their bodies to win Virtual Gary’s approval and those all-important letters.

Following on from our Cancer Research high streetshoot for AMV last yearthey commissioned us to cover the resulting shenanigans –one day of sun, cameras and same rather questionable shapes later, here are the results!
